OM 396: What part of my self-narrative do I want to change and why?

There is a part of my self narrative that I will entitle “the martyr”. She puts everything on her shoulders and carries the weight. Everyday tasks for my family and clients and even my own self care feel heavy when she’s in control of the narrative. When she’s around, joy is dulled and my life seems like an endless list of tasks. I honor her work ethic and sense of duty, but it’s time for her to sit down, take a rest and let “the dancer” take over and strut her stuff!

When I see myself, I want to love myself and be confident in who I am. Hum lots of I’s in there
